Tips for booking your venue
When in the process of booking a venue, ask their polices in regards to food and beverage. Once familiar with the policies, decide if you would like to move forward with booking. Many couples would love to personalize their menus to include important cultural traditions and fun things such as late night snacks and a signature cocktail. As your night, it should be just as expressive as you are, you will want to book a venue that allows you to be unique and include details that are important to you. Here at The Estate, our executive chef loves working with guests traditions and cultural interests and has created incredible dishes based on these specifics.
When selecting a venue ask about their exclusivity for your event that evening. Many venues book several events for the same evening which can cause confusion not only for you but also your guests. Which space is yours? Where are the bathrooms? How is the kitchen handling multiple events? Make sure the venue is clear on logistics and set-up for your big day. You never want to scan the room and realize you have a bunch of strangers enjoying your bar and entertainment.
